The founder of SEERAJ Energy Adel DHOUIB brings an extensive working experience of almost 15 years in the project management of turnkey energy infrastructure projects.
He has successfully led and managed multiple assignments and project management missions including projects as complex as power generation, central process facilities, offshore platforms and pipeline projects, from defining requirement through implementation.

While at PIRECO, from 2003 to 2008, he leaded severals turnkey projects including EPC scope of Central Process Facilities Extension and Fabrication and installation of 3 Offshore Platforms and 18 Km of 6” flow line (10 MWe), contract valued at 17 M$ in Zarzis, Tunisia on behalf of Candax Energy Canada, EPC project of installation of new Gas regeneration unit (3 MWe), contract value at 3.2 M$ in Abu Attifel, Libya on behalf of Eni oil, installation of the 16” GRE water pipeline on behalf of Petro Canada (1 MWe), contract value at 1.6 M$ in Ras Lanuf, Libya on behalf of Petro Canada, he managed all the project phases, from basic & detailed design deliverables generation and approval by the clients, procurment of key equipment & materials, through Onshore & Offshore construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, ensuring site management interim as needed. These projects are since in operation.
In addition, from 2009 to 2015, he worked as project management consultant integrated within the project team of several energy operators clients, he supported and coordinated the detailed engineering design generation and approval, technical evaluation of the EPC Contractors bidders & final negociation process, advised and worked on implementation of project managment office organization, key personnel requirement, project scheduling, controlling & reporting methods as the turnkey installation of 24″ Gas pipeline of Nawara project of 374 Km in the South of Tunisia and Revamping of the Ashtart Offshore platforms site in Sfax Tunisia on behalf of internationals energy operators, scope of supply includes installation of new power generation, HV distribution networks and DCS system, etc.
